Maybe it's just me, but that's just adorable-
It's just a speculation, but is it possible, that originally, Philza was going to surprise Wilbur by coming to L'Manberg after reading his letters and all? I mean, Wilbur did say that he's surprised that Philza settled in and everything and he though that Phil was just going to "go back" after killing him. I can bet when Philza first came to visit L'Manberg, he was expecting to see his son being happy and all, but instead, he found what he did. Ngl, it's sad but adorable in a way.
I think Phil visited L'manburg because, since the beginning of Pogtopia, Wil stopped sending him letters and he got worried.
In his previous stream, Phil said that the last letter he got from Wil was about Tommy getting stuck between the pistons.

I am really exited that c!Wilbur is back and that Wilbur is back to writin the plot. I am not trying to say that the plot after Manberg War is bad, it is good and some moments are really good, but L'manber and Manberg War, which he wrote, is imo the golden age of DSMP and I think we expect great things for the plot.
Why the hell I was hoping Tommy would knock Wilbur off the fence? Like I was really willing to be on Tommy's place and hit Wilbur

I wouldn't leave out the possibility of new wilbur being at very least a conflicted character. He didnt come back and immediately start a war, sure he says dream is his hero but being how he's mostly just vibin with tommy and phil makes me think he wont be a clean cut "villain" or "hero" for the forseeable future. A lot of the members of the server seem to be focusing on character development arcs as of lately.
