Idk why but some of these combos feel very much like a flex combo. Like i could have punched you in the face but the tiddy lady uses the blow back from her cannon for style points before kicking you in the face. God i love baiken
I know this is a very old video, but I got XR2 to hype myself up for strive while introducing me to GG. How is it that you ladder someone midair? I know it's a common tactic in most games like GG but I just have no idea how to do it.
You double jump after a hit (while jumping, push "up" again to double jump)! I highly suggest you to play the game's tutorial first, it's the best tutorial in fighting games history! Playing XRD or any old GG game will not help you with Strive, strive is more like a street fighter game with stupidly high damage, for instance, double jump combos does not exist anymore in Strive!

Not gonna lie, her neutral game is very lacking (imo at least)! You should know that her 2HS ducks under projectile so u can punish them, I use it for punishing dashes too (OS overdrive) since it has a very good range! Her 6K is good for baiting throws and causes stagger! her jS is not that bad for jump-ins. Azami is the 1st reason baiken mains suck, you should avoid using it untill you are confident in your neutral game, and even then use it carefully and in safe/obvious moments!
Thanks for the reply! I'm having a bit of trouble with the mixup at 0:23 the IAD j.P keeps whiffing. Is that spacing specific or am not IAD fast enough? I also couldn't do the one on Venom even tho it was close
You are probably not IADing fast enough! Super jump AID as fast as you can to keep the fuzzy guard so the j.P can hit (check my input, fyi super jump IADs is faster than normal IAD)! also it's character specific, try it vs Sol and Venom first!
I don't know what is the issue you have there but it is as simple as it looks! Azami needs to hit an airborn opponent, you can even connect a raw 5HS if you Azami as close to the ground as possible (01:48)! Bare in mind that some characters fall faster than others depending on their weight, you can check dustloop for weight ranking!

Oh, I was messing up the jump timing I take it. I can land entire the combo, I just can't get it consistently.
