Question: Bold. makes this for you, but do they contact you if you like the decals?
For example: you want more blue or a different pattern and they change it.
Or they just make something and sent it to you're adres?

With a bit of insider information I can confirm that Ice Moto got to choose any design from Bold., plus some extra accessories. However, I don't know if he got to customize/tweak their premade designs before shipping, if that's what you're asking.
