Just lovely! Too too much fun! Did you know the old timers would say around the 1:40 mark oh so that you were a Trillin n a thrilling, or that you were Trillin for miles, going that far up and sustaining a trill that still keeps the piece on edge, doesn’t immediately result in a who bunch of glorified descending arpeggios. At 3:50 I can just see Mr. Acuff saying Man, that is a Chicago child and no mistake, holding those trills for miles and days. Oh, you don’t have to be from Chicago, it’s just that you have the intensity of the Chicago boys from way back. I think the last of the Acuffs back in the hills are gone now. Great repositories of musical and historic knowledge. Did you know that boogie woogie finds its way into a little bit of every American decade? I hope your boredom continues so we can hear such happy stuff!
