    This is really great explanation but I was wandering whether we could use this method for the single space in a building.
    Could it work?
    I think no, as the heat goes from the space to wall and then from a wall to outside. The problem I see is the we can't assume the temperature changes at the same speed in a room (air) as in a wall. The air temperature in a room will always raise earlier (if building is gaining heat e.g. from inside) and we do not know how fast heat will go from a room (air) into a wall (how fas a wall will accumulate it) and then to outside. Similar with changes of the outside air.
    Could you please advise how to deal with it, is it possible to do that? Thank you

    Where did you get the dimensions of the schematic from at 2:50? Are these given?
