Many thanks, I've been looking for "the recipe of cake" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Loniden Meyatthew System - (just google it ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my buddy got cool results with it.
I dont think these recipies qualify as easy especially when you have to check the temperature of something. LoL

There's cherry juice, where the hell am I gonna find that? I live in Brazil, that's not a thing here
Do they sell maraschino cherries where you live? You could easily use that juice as well. Heck, I would think even red food dye would do the trick.

Yes. You can replace it with little more vanilla, a different liquor or add the same amount of water or milk.

@@Neerepha some people require different calorie amounts for their daily needs. And if they were maybe overweight, they would have been consuming more than usual, so changing their diet to consume the "normal" 2,000 is a great way to achieve the healthy body they want. They know their body more than you do, I'm positive about that😂
@@probablynot2123 I'm sure they do, but being an ex obese myself, I'm also quite confident it will never be enough to truly lose weight, although it's a good step to start if you were overeating
@@Neerepha that is very true! Perhaps they are trying to stay at 2,000 cal for 30 days simply to get used to eating less than usual, and not so much as to lose weight. Then maybe, once they are more accustomed to consuming less, they will then take on a calorie count that will result in weight loss. Baby steps, you know?😂 This is just an idea though, but I totally get and aggre with what you're saying!

There are some lovely recipes but could you put the ingredients and directions would love to try your recipes but to be honest what puts you off there's no written recipes most of the recipes that are on line always have written ingredients and directions could you please put up written ingredients and directions
