JEEP CHEROKEE XJ TURN SIGNAL FLASHER RELAY/ BLINKERS NOT WORKING

Jeep cherokee xj blinkers(turn signals) not working or only working sometimes. In this video I am changing the turn signal flasher relay in my 2001 jeep cherokee xj to get my blinkers to working. I would recommend to check the relay if your blinkers are not working before you change the blinker switch. Hope you enjoy the video. Thanks for the vid, unfortunately my rear blinkers work but my front ones don’t. The bulbs are new, and the wires still have power going to them, but the lights are very dim and don’t flash, is this a relay issue? I’ve already tried replacing it and it didn’t work… I have a 1988 Cherokee btw.

Mine is a 1998 and mine over near th heater, I can hear it clicking, I banged on it with a rubber hammer and it now working,,,cherokee grand !

I have the problem where I when I turn on my turn signal left or right my hazards come on however when I press the brake pedal they turn off the signals? Could this also be a relay issue?

No that wouldnt be a relay issue sounds more like you have a bad wire some where in the wiring harness or a wiring being pinched under the dash

My 2001 Cherokee had a similar problem. No 4 ways or turn signals. Changed the TS switch. Now I got 4 ways, but no turn signals. Flasher relay ?

I got no power in the block the flasher plugs into. The black and pink wire. No clue where that goes !!!!!!

Hey man I got a 1991 does this part fit it?

No i dont think it will. The 91 i think is a silver oval one with either 2-3 prongs. Check your local parts store to be sure.
