When your favourite band turn up unexpectedly and you're the resident pub band, what else do you do? Fontaines getting a few pints of Guinness in before their Chalk show in Brighton.

Wow I use to play the open mic in there on a Sunday ..wicked little boozer...lived above a shop round the corner ....West St..all ways some sort of party going on there .cool band like there song sha sha sha .stuck.in my mind a year or so back .

Is the Fiddlers Elbow still open?😳 I used to drink in there all the time when I lived in Brighton for a few years, that's about 16 years ago now.. It was down a side street snd there was a school across from it and a Witherspoons near it as far as I can remember 🤔

Yep, still is! Easily the best Irish pub in Brighton. Cheaper than the others by far but with good character and live music most nights.
