I just got into lego star wars six months ago and been on the hunt for rare legos lately, one detail i saw was dark Jyn Erso in the background along with darth jar jar and mon mothma with yoda and mace windu. can't wait for the series to come out.
My initial concern with the Ackbar troopers was that they were just Mon Calamari, not Admiral Ackbar. It's a similiar thing to saying every clone trooper is Fives just because he is a clone trooper. The trailer eased my concerns with the 200,000 'It's a trap's, with a million more well on the way
In the original teaser trailer for this, there was a shot of the Arena battle on Geonosis with Anakin & Obi-Wan fighting the Geonosians, before the area gets changed (by the cornerstone) into a training ground for Jedi Geonosians (nothing on what became of Anakin or Obi-Wan however).

My guess for Kenobi and Maul is that since both have lost someone very important to them and in the canon galaxy are archenemies that in this they are possibly brothers by blood or as good friends
