If u miss the doritio3 chips u wouldn’t put any weight on doing this food….it’s all protein, veg and water….leave the carbs and this is a protein meal….u could eat only this all day and never get fat

Bc y’all eat high sodium diets often puts you at risk for hypertension. (I’m not a health nut but I’m a nurse) when I ate poorly I allowed myself wiggle room by eating no fried foods, no carbs low sugar during the week then pig out on the weekends. Just an example.
