A ton of leftovers (pre chopped y with a whole head of a juvenile pig $400)that barely prepped for paksiw na lechon 😂😢; it usually is thrown away( every big party yeary that we throw y eventually we disposed of them even a lot of the chunks was given away…bec there’s so much food in my floor standing freezer besides I got the French icebox😢; the first time my nephew did take the head😅
The winner did not use local ingredients…why would allow an ingredient from Mexico wherein you’re celebrating the Cebu tradition…the judges are mixed up with their criteria in judging the winner.
