I love the comment that doctors are “practicing” medicine. That’s one of my own personal lines because I’ve had many experiences where I knew and they didn’t. 🤓 Love your Covid story!!! Lol…”I’m going to decree…this is NOT happening.” 😂 I needed this…acceptance. What a precious example, “be with me while I go through this.” I’m so glad you’re still here! This helped clarify a lot, we aren’t simply trying to perform at our best, but rather accept at every moment…I believe part of my resistance was disguised as positive thinking or wishing for better but not fully accepting all that is. I feel relief.

I seem to be going through the dark night of the soul, be depressed and not wanting to continue life, even though I know this is just all coming from my ego. In days were I accept the physical pain I seem to be in, I feel much better, but other days I try to fight it whooops. It's a rocky road, but hopefully I manage to stay and pass the tests in this life.

Hi Michael, I’ve been listening to a lot of your programs and am really loving your outlook. I’m Christian scientist and I really want to understand your concept of acceptance. In CS we’re told that illnesses and accidents are are part of the dream and that as you deny the material picture, the Truth is manifested on you. Mrs Eddy and Jesus healed in just that way. Yet I’m afraid that I won’t have the courage to withstand pain should I ever be very ill or maimed. That’s why acceptance sounds very good. Do you time to explain or can you recommend another program you’ve done that I may have missed that talks more about this?
I suggest any videos of mine on reality and illusion. And yes, Christian Science was ahead of many other teachings in knowing the importance of knowing the Truth of God. It just needed to also accept the grip that illusion sometimes SEEMS to have so that our guilt for "failing" isn't increased when we sometimes don't see immediate results for our intended shifts in consciousness. ~MM
