    What paint do you use?

I'd probably charge £30 for the art work and an extra £15 for the board, more with a border.

Are you able to remove the signage after a while? Where I work I make signs for the cafe using Posca markers but I was looking into using acrylic paint to save costs/time but the sign has to be changed everytime we change menu so I was hoping it would be easy to wipe off?
    Thanks for the inspiration!

Very good advice on not overloading the design. I've seen airbrush artists at work decorating T-shirts in public as a street performance and after they've reached the point of perfection keep adding and adding details, and ruining the design. Made me want to scream each time "STOP! STOP! STOP!"
I think doing just enough is a matter of eye-education, and this can be acquired by looking at a lot of art and analyzing advertising and signs.
Now why did you use paint this time and not the Zig markers?

Can you use soft pastels on a chalk board?

Can you wash off the paint after or is it permanent?

how do you erase the pencil lines from the board or do you leave them?

me personally i leave them, they're hardly seen and if they are then it shows that the work is done by hand and not by machine :)

John Neal . Thanks, is there a specific brand you use. I must say John I have just come across your channel yesterday as I'm off work in recovery I'm a carpenter that's looking to take a new career path due to injury. I was quite arty years ago and this sign work fascinates me. I must have watched 50% of your videos so far! Have you ever spent a day teaching some one like myself? I would love to learn ? Thanks for your inspirational videos they are top notch.
