Great surprise seeing a new episode pop up! And today is my birthday! Thanks guys!
Played Venom pro on location yesterday. It’s absolutely barren. It seems almost like a joke that Stern is playing on pinheads thinking they’d buy this for the great flow

I can see merits in the Premium with the "Choose your host. Change the game" mech actual changing the playfield. I've put more games on a Pro and it is just empty. I don't feel a need to revisit. Might pump a few bucks into a Premium on location, but the game is too convoluted with code that has you head scratching and just not that interesting to me. No reason to bring it home.

I've seen multiple people talking about price drops but only referencing games that are still available NIB. Are older games (not still available new) also dropping in price or is it just recently purchased games that haven't held value/kept up with inflation? I think it would be normal that you'd have to take a decent hit on price to sell a "lightly routed" game that's still available brand new.

Labyrinth is WOWWEE but the theme does nothing for me. Will watch those guys for sure in their next endeavor if it's a theme that resonates. Ninja Express looked like a fucking home pin or worse. Should've been next to the AtGames at Expo. Walked right past it two of the three days thinking it was a halfass entry-level "homepin" from a new company of some sort until I checked the forums and read it was an attempt at an actual real pinball machine. They attempted to reinvent the wheel and made it square. Venom is "meh" as your hot initial takes suggest and I agree about the saving content through Stern Insider. Interesting attempt, but at the end of the day, aren't these $7-13k machines supposed to be challenging in one go to bring you back for more instead of pumping enough dollars to just achieve the finish line? "Punny Factory" Don should donate $5k to charity instead of trying to recoup his fuckup. Then I could get behind pitching that POS off the roof. Great takes on most of the content here.

wait guys, how can you bash American Pinball so bad for not putting out licensed themes, and then embrace P3 so heavily? American gets WAY too much crap, Houdini was a monster out of the gate IMO, Valhalla is a killer pin, and I find Oktober very enjoyable, have yet to play GTF
