Yes Di it’s very difficult because I am in night shift aur is Mai manage karna bhoot Muskil hai but I’m still doing it and I have also reduced 6 kgs till now still working on it thanks for your video it is really motivating for me 😊 best of luck 🤞

Rice khake bhi weight loss hota hay bas thora thora khana hay, and Aap ne Jo yeh diet follow kiya na eating only 2 roti as lunch and 1 as dinner yeh diet future mai aapka extreme hair fall hoga 100%, my advice to every one aap Jo khate hay Wohi khaiye lkin amount thora kaam kardijiye, you do not need to follow extreme diet routine.

Dede apke udhar Mai BMI krne wale change hotey hai ya nahi .. mai Siliguri se hu aur yaha pai everytime ek hi hr hoti hai BMI k liye toh continuously Jana BMI se back hona embarrassing feel hoti hai ..
Because of this reason I also got rejected and my weight was more than yours 68 kgs
