This was great. What a brutal fight. I love a lot of squadrons. I also love that the fight got started immediately on Round 1. Fleet Ambush always leads to brutal fights.
great game guys, probably the longest turn 1 I’ve ever seen. Lol I love ARCs and I want to make them work too, I think FCT might be a good option to cover one of their weaknesses
I’ve always been afraid of the Yularen ultra squadron command round where he can alpha strike with 8 squads in a single command. Flight commander, AFFM, and Arcs and fighter ambush would be absolutely terrifying.
I loved this such a brutal fight it went longercthsn I thought it would. Very interesting fleet concepts I have played arround with massed carrier fleets and the quasars backed up with a gladiator and gozantis is pretty hard core but it is a glass hammer for sure nicely done guys
Yeah, I definitely did not anticipate the game going that many rounds. If I had a second Quasar, I would love to try two of them with massed squads and a support ship or two. Super glass hammer, indeed!
I play a lot on TTS, and while I’m yet to use it, have this fleet lined up to try to make full use of the Arc 170: Acclamator 2 Bail Organa Ord Experts Thermal Shields LTT Acclamator 1 Flight Commander Expanded Hanger Bay Rapid Launch Bays Acclamator 1 As above, but with the title Nevoota Bee 8 Arc 170 Plan is to fly in using the red dice from the clams on the way in, and then deposit the arcs, possibly after moving and unloading into which ever ship you have been focusing on. No idea if it will work, but might be fun.
@@Downsizeit thanks! I’ll have to see how it goes. It might be better with a BCC pelta in there instead of the Acc2, but no idea what that does to the points atm. Maybe get a c70 lifeboat?

Yes! Fleet Ambush is a guarantee for immediate brutal fights! One of the few missions I think more often tends to be an advantage to the first player.

Yeah, that turn 1 was something else! FCTs are now a serious considering for me when putting together an ARC focused fleet.

Yeah, I love the idea of just blasting 8 squads at someone with 1 Command! Combined with the ability to repair your squad, scary stuff.

I think that would be very scary to face down! The threat of 8 ARCs dropping right on top of someone, I love it!

Love the batrep, i'm toying too with yularen double peltas fct to help arcs but also to trigger ahsoka delta7 hability. Fun stuff
Yes, I definitely prefer Ahsoka as a squad and using her in conjunction with ARCs.
That game was really close! Awesome guys, I love the arcs but that 2 speed is soo slow.
Yes, the speed is the biggest downside. Gotta utilize a lot of shenanigans to make them effective.
