I think this clip shows a bad side to Ray. As someone that as employees myself. To go on a show to say I fired her. Sound like your'e full of yourself. She made it know that she was there to help to build your show because you asked her. She made you look good. She did not talk bad about you. Now you want to finish her. Not a good look.

What did she get fired for is my question he danced around it, complimented and insulted her and calling her a lier for giving her side and maybe should got fired based on Ray s ego instead necessary and justified reason. She didn't agree to the firing but understands the action taken. She Tamara is actually great at what she's doing and done.

“There is not a narrative when there is the TRUTH” that summed up this whole situation and I’m glad Ray came and cleared up the situation. Being honest I seen Tamara moving on whether because she wanted to or because she was let go once I started watching “RAY’S SHOW” and it never fails. People have ulterior motives and eventually think they’re bigger than what they are or bigger than the program!!!!

I reserve judgement because you can tell he did something he really didn't want to do. He's more pissed at the manager dude. Blames him for misguiding her judgement because he does not want to make her look bad in any kind of way that's love. To me he chose his words carefully to not come off as a bully yet stood on what he is saying I respect that . She'll be back they'll work it out. The chemistry was there. He is the smart music exec. knows his shit. and she was the icebreaker I would say. She could get a man to answer a question another man may not get and get women to feel comfortable at the same time. It was the yen and the yang it and worked.
