What I’m getting at is that developers keep pricing these units in an unbelievable prices and it is a domino effect making homes here in the Philippines specially in the metro impossible to acquire by native Filipino. That is why metro manila have the worst traffic in the world ordinary employees can only afford rental homes away from the metro adding up the congestion. It is like in our province. I remember when I was a kid it was compose of multiple agricultural land fast forward now nothing was left, developers replaced it with high-end subdivisions, and most owners of these houses are foreigners with Filipina wives that are not even a native to our place Sooner or later most filipino specially the low income will be a servant /slaves in our own country.
