Stir the paint better. You can take it to a hardware store right before you want to paint and ask them to please stir it properly.

The blue glass Square container with the ship and the gold braid or rope around it looks like it could be an ice bucket for a big bottle of champagne or wine. it may even have enough room to chill two glasses. It could sit in something that would be secure during rocky seas. Or it could be an expensive water dish for a poodle.

I though you said you used chalk paint. If you used chalk paint you need to seal it with wax and it will change the color to look more concentrated.
It’s chalkboard paint which is different from regular chalk paint.

What a great idea
chalkware paint is sort of the equivalent of whitewash paint, you are supposed to be able to see through it. if you wanted a more appliance type finish you must use epoxy paint, they make them especially for appliance finishes.
Get some vinyl adhesive sheets in pink to cover the fridge
Actually wallpaper works great!
It’s typical for red and pink paints to need multiple coats unless you use a tinted primer

Cape May is such a great vacation spot! My hubby and I have a love lock there from our 7th anniversary honeymoon. The roasted cashews on the beach were the bomb! Funny, the things that you remember most. Have a great vacay! Y'all deserve it!
Even though the paint color looks good in the can, you need to stir it really well. Pigment can settle at the bottom. Dig down and get it all distributed well. I’ve never used pink chalkboard paint but even with the black it would take 3-4 coats. If you’re using a roller , that might be causing the bubbling. Not sure but a brush may work better. I’m no painting expert but I’ve painted lots of things with lots of different kind of paint. Don’t give up! Ugh. Moving. I very much dislike it. Just focus on the end result and how happy you will be in the new space. It will get done. Now, go have a great vacation!

You should try some OIL PAINT or APPLIANCE PAINT on the FRIDGE! Just a suggestion! I KNOW some folks claim “chalk paint” works on everything. Did you prime the doors with KILZ?? Looking forward to seeing your outcome!!☺️

I know you have a bit of help, but you personally seem to source and make decisions for every single item procured on top of Managing all ecommerce and the niknax platform. It seems daunting. You may need to start delegating more duties. Enjoy the vacay!!
She has more than a bit of help and of course she is the one sourcing everything she sells. She is the boss so the final decision is hers.
I’m a long time watcher, I feel she has learned to delegate and has taken each step incredibly carefully, this growth organization is a big step. Adding and training others to help with listing, booth arrangements and shipping is working well. She is a strong capable business owner that isn’t afraid to learn from challenges. @@symptomoftheuniverse4149 I know, I was talking about sourcing and dispositioning items. Those are the things she seems to take on personally and doesnt feel comfortable ever delegating. One issue is she knows what she paid for it and what markup is needed for selling. But its all memorized, the cost isnt logged or accounted for so that another person can make those decisions. At any rate, Im just saying she seems to be stretched too thin.
