I am so glad I saw how you drained the hydraulic oil down on that tractor. My 4020 has 15 gallons the drain plug is dead center the bottom and there's just barely enough height to slide 5 gallon buckets in and out. I've always made a mess trying to do the bucket Shuffle. Never thought to rig up a little hose attaching it to the remote and let the tractor pump it out. Thanks for your videos, I enjoy them.🙂☕
Outstanding. Glad it worked out ok. I was watching and kept thinking you were going to have to remove that right tire, but it slipped out of there real nice. Thanks for sharing.
Awesome video sir I learn something every time I watch you working on your stuff. This is kinda off subject but when you refer to a fleetline what years would that be? My 77 is a 1953 and it’s painting the meadow green with the clover white wheels
The 1800 is beautiful original tractor. Just a question about why do you use it to snow plow? Does the tricyclic front make a big difference with the snow blower? Ive never driven a tricyclic tractor before.
Another interesting video, I could use a guy like you to help me keep my Olivers tuned up. What type of hydraulic couplers do you have on that tractor. I don't like the ones I have. If oliver had spent a little on good couplers they would have sold more tractors. Be careful with the heavy stuff, you will last longer.
Cool video Ethan, its pretty interesting to see how the old Tractors get torn down and being built from the wheels up, my cousin has a Oliver 770 tractor that was used by the highway department years ago, at first glance I thought it was a MM because of the yellow paint, you ever heard the song big green tractor by Jason Aldean? I know the song is referring to JD, I like the song John Deere green by Joe Diffie, I'm not trying to be a smart ass or anything about it, just a simple statement, I have one of those Oliver metal signs and Allis Chalmers signs too and a JD wall clock, does Oliver have wall clocks too?

It works on the Oliver’s because it’s a submerged pump. I wouldn’t try it on a Deere with their goofy dual pump system.
@@Oliver66FarmBoy you probably just saved me a fortune in repair cost. But it sure would have been nice to drain that thing down like that.
I enjoy the wrenching videos and seeing how stuff works. You do a nice job explaining stuff nice video thanks
Thanks for watching
Another great fix Ethan. Over the years I have watched you fix so many things. You always figure it out in the end.

It only needs about 3 inches to come out but narrowed up to 30s puts the fender in the way.
Good job! Thanks for sharing your knowledge and know how!
Looks like she should be good to go now! Great work!
Except for the height you still have a real nice shop to work in. Interesting repair. Thx
Head room is a killer. Makes pulling engines difficult to.
Nice work! Learned a lot of fixing the three point issue.
Thanks
@@Oliver66FarmBoy you bet
Always have a mess when working on hydraulics lol
It’s inevitable.
Looking good buddy be safe out there see you next time 👍
Thanks
Looks like the 1800 has the Hydra Electric lift system. Are the matching remotes still available?
Very interesting and informative.
Thanks
We have a 2-105 with the Perkins wich is I think the 354 but I may be wrong but it sounds awesome without anything on the exhaust

Great video - very informative

Great video. I enjoy your videos

Well that was interesting. You sure made it look easy.
Thanks.

It’s heavy enough to push the blower without chains and has a slow enough reverse.
With your skill and knowledge, a good shop space will make for some good videos in the future!

Pioneer 9600 series.

Now is that the same basic set up on all bigger Oliver's?If so how many of yours have been fixed?
fun fix
If you ever want to put rubber tires on your 70 I have rear hubs and I think front wheels.
Hay what do I need to do to fix my out side remote lever on a 1550 when the leve gust flops and want atvate the valve
Pull the top cover and see what’s not hooked up.
@@Oliver66FarmBoy ok thank u
It's just a little bit loud, but it sure sounds healthy!
Yes it does.
Your tractor scared my rat terrier
You probably don't want to buttt I think it's in need of a straight pipe as well earplugs maby
Never going to happen. It’s to loud and I need to be able to farm with it.
@@Oliver66FarmBoy 🤣🤣🤣
It would probably help if you were a little bit bigger than a t-post too LOL sometimes I kill myself😅😅😅😅
What would you do if you reached 100,000 subscribers?
Probably make a video about farming.
Sometimes the "little stuff" is the most annoying.
Oh, but why would I want to cover up my ears? Its music to me, just a bit loud. Nice to see the 1800 fixed ethan, your on it with fixing stuff.
Thanks.
