Incredibly Delicious Big Mac Tacos with Original Sauce | Easy Smashburger Tacos

Ingredients:
For the sauce:
125 ml mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp chopped pickles
¼ tsp vinegar
½ tsp sugar
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp white pepper
½ tsp smoked paprika
For 5 Big Mac Tacos:
500 g minced meat 60/40
5 tortillas
10 cheddar slices
1 onion
Iceberg salad
Pickles
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp salt
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix the ingredients for the sauce: mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, finely chopped pickles, vinegar, sugar, white pepper, garlic powder and smoked paprika. Mix well. In a large bowl, mix the minced meat with finely chopped onion, black pepper and salt. Mix well. Spread the minced meat over the entire area of 5 tortillas. In a heated pan over medium-high heat, cook the tortilla, mince side down, for about 3-4 minutes, pressing down with a spatula. Then flip the tortilla over. Put 2 slices of cheddar on it and cover the pan with a lid for 2 minutes. Move the tortilla to a plate and sprinkle iceberg lettuce on top, add a few slices of pickles and the sauce.
