Lendl used Kneissel before his Adidas deal.

His early Adidas branded frames were actually made by Kneissl. They were later produced in Adidas's own factory in France.

Thomas Muster was the last pro to "endorse" Kneissl. I know, he used Head with a paint job :)

After Thomas Muster, they were endorsed by Jurgen Melzer. Later on around 2010/2011 Sevastova played with Kneissl

Just went to Windsor and saw these rackets, amazing shop. Was able to pickup 2 Regna 98s, super cool experience and worth a visit. Osaka Windsor actually has an area where you can play test rackets (not sure if Tokyo store does or not).

I had the Lendl Adidas. I loved it. Wish it didn't get lost.

you guys don't like it, I'll buy it from you! I played my best tennis ever with the Kneissl Red Star, last manufactured edition (I believe it is 2012 or so). At one point I had 5 of those.
What a great racquet that was, I miss that Red Beauty :)

Why call it Black? It's because there's a Prime Star White available (Black: 300g / White: 285g)
Rackets are made in Taiwan though.
From the Japanese description, it says the wavy design is to keep the the power of relatively thick beam (power frame) design for, obviously, power, yet reduce drag / improve aerodynamics to help swing easier and faster.

The ski factory also makes snow shoes. Somehow this got mixed up with the rackets...

I suspect that the undulations in the frame act to add stability

Sounds ike the perfect frame to me. I am used to 18/21 patterns (as usually made by Kneissl) so I know how to get the depth. I'd go for the lighter White one though. If anyone sells in Europe, I am in. ANYONE?

From what I've heard, these new Kneissel are made by Gosen. Gosen is just licensing the name.

Looks like a frame that was left too long in a car trunk on a very hot day.😮
