mam please cleare me this dout🙏 NEP is newly implemented in our State and i am 1st year bsc student according to NEP BSc is for 4 year but past year its 3year NEP says on 3rd they give us degree certificate and fourth year is not compulsory they gives honours certificate for completing that now it's upsc consider our 3rd degree as valid and it allows me to write cds exam when i am 3rd year
Yes... Because the qualification to write any UPSC exam is that the candidate must be a graduate in any field.. So as per NEP on completion of your 3rd year you will get the graduation certification therefore you are eligible to write the exam

Dear student...it was mentioned in the NEP that after completion of a particular year a student is free to move to different college or even discontinue as he or she will be provided with the certificate on completion of every year of degree . Therefore I believe you must be able to change the college after 1 year however I would advice to please confirm this with your college office God bless,😊
