allowing running away manually can be trouble for balancing reasons, hell in warhammer i think khorn has stuff that 'buffs' the enemy units by 'allowing' (forcing) the enemy to reroll moral saves

And buying units when you are halfway through the second map isn't usually worth it since they won't get any level ups. They will just end up tiny throwaway units.

side attacks only allow units on the edge to attack, attacks from the back stop attacks full out meaning unless you can't hit it's a free rout, after one round of combat the two army's turn to face each other which you can use to set up further flanks or if you have 2 units attacking one unit then it can't turn meaning it has no hope of wining even if it survives one round of combat, the campaign favor's elite units but you can win with anything

You should really invest in some spells for your priest. Primal fury goes CRAZY. Especially on your units that have kinda low skill.

@@JanetOnOccasion Just got to 30:00 and that 10 strong raptor unit being 4 by 3 is just OOF. I think I got a 14 strong cav unit once and it defaulted to a 4 by 4 formation that was so incredibly unwieldly.

if the giant is skill 3 and your raptots skill 4, casting the +1skill spell on your raptors will have no effect on their to hit roll. you would be better of casting it on your bolt thrower
