Drones don't actually use "WiFi" as a method to control them. WiFi doesn't meet military communication encryption standards. Now they do control them with dedicated military satellites

The Aussie Ghost Bat is super cool looking.
Can fly a pack of them in formation with F22 and F35 fighters and fly support roles for bombers. They are also capable of air to ground striking and air to air combat. Take the pilot out of the equation and they are able to pull more g's than any piloted aircraft due to human restrictions. The things are amazing.

It saves the pilot.
If the state-of-the-art replication of what the drone does see can be transmitted properly into the simulator station. Then it can judge things. But I'm, not an aviation expert, So I can't judge that correctly. That's just my limited perception.

The US Armed Forces is supposed to develop its fleet of drones both quality and quantity. Iran, Turkey and China are dominating the drones field.
What are you talking about? The US has been using actual military drones in combat for over two decades. Who else has the same level of experience and expertise? Iran and a few kamikaze drones is nothing in comparison. China, Iran, and Turkey require Western technology to even produce the limited drones they do produce.
@@matthewhuszarik4173 everybody knows US is first drone user but that's not the case , the production numbers is small compere to other countries, made in USA is very expensive that's why trump says we can't produce anything here in America, our most expensive F35 fighter jet is made in Turkey, he said we should stop higher procurement costs and bring our production back home, you can't compete unless production costs down

The US doesn’t make cheap shit, but if you want the best cutting edge foundations of a society that is what is made in the US. Gas turbines, IC design, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, software, telecommunications, ect.

Drones save the pilots life and his education. The only thing you cannot replace is the pilot. So I think futur fighters will always be unmanned. They also could manouver more intensive, than a human would endure, if no one is on board. The pilot do not have to be afraid that he could die anytime and this way he can work relaxed.
Negative point is, they cannot fly around and have fun, the job will be more boring.

Bazı Avrupa ülkeleri de birlikte geliştirmeye çalışıyor ama henüz silahlı drone dahi üretemediler. Rusya ise bu yarışta çok ama çok geride. Man do I LOVE the US Military. Not just because they are #1, but because of the way they handle being 5-10 years ahead in technology. They keep everything a secret, always making sure to be a head of everyone. Then every time a country comes out with their new 7th gen jet, or 7th gen tank, or what ever, all of a sudden, here comes the US with their 8th gen jet, their 8th gen tank. They always make sure to be head of everyone, and wait for other countries to feel like they just caught up and then it "hahah yea close, but we dont think so"
Funny since Boeing MQ28 Ghost Bat is Australian made product and why USA has only just gotten 2 to trial while Australia has had it for over a year. over 35 Australian companies built it and even the AI.

USA joint designs a lot with Aus and UK as are close allies.
Hypersonics HIFIRE tests and Australia has most advanced scramjet in the world and will test fly a hypersonic drone next year.

MQ-28 host bats are $10 million dollars each :) .. i wouldn't say that's overly expensive for what you get for that $10 mil

The MQ-25 has other uses beyond refueling otherwise the refueling boom wouldn’t need to be removable, which would also be more aerodynamic.
I think thats just for testing. its for extra long range. in case of war it wouldnt use those extra in a war zone. it wouldnt be stealth enough.
@@Knightfire66 The external fuel tank AKA Buddy Store, is only carried when the MQ-25 is on a tanker mission or required for a long distance mission of any sort. Removing it for a strike mission would make it stealthy enough for that mission against current enemies. Just like any other strike aircraft on a strike mission, it would become less stealthy when the internal bays are opened to deploy a weapon. That can be minimized if the USAF TACTIC of using the same exact mission profile is NOT USED. I was going to say the OLD TACTIC, but the USAF used it in Viet Nam, Libya and again in Croatia. They seem incapable of learning the deadly lesson of NOT USING the same route to a target, over and over again! Letting the PILOTS on the mission plan THEIR route would also minimize the chances of using the same route repeatedly!

@MetaView7 No, XB means Development technology demonstrator. A lot of those technologies are going to find their way into future combat and other capabilities platforms, like Tacit blue gave way to B2.
One disadvantage of being very advanced and high tech is that they are more expensive, which isn't very convenient at war.
Its actually quite the opposite. Many drones are cheaper than traditional fighter aircraft and it will allow us to build them in bulk without having to sacrifice our own lives.

Not posaible to control those aircrafts real time remotely from the ground. You just give basic commands and the rest is autonomous. BTW Turkiye also has a similar one already at sky!
