All of your puppies are stunning! I am a brand new Yorkie breeder(first litter is 6 wks old). I cannot thank y’all enough for the amazing content! The videos actually encouraged me to pursue my dream job of being a dog breeder. Anyone I know looking for a doodle will definitely be referred to y’all! Thanks so much for being amazing, responsible breeders. God bless!
Erin-We LOVE our mini Charlie! Thank you for bringing soo much joy and love into our lives. He is so strong, brave and FAST. I think Charlie thinks he is a Standard! HUGE personality just like the Wharff Kiddos. Check out more antics with Charlie soon @The Wharff Family channel. We love the DONC family for giving us our boy!
I have a mini golden doodle from Doodles of NC. We love him! About bending over, I agree, our guy as a mini is shorter and for example on walks I bend down a lot to give him praise or maybe a command when he’s distracted and doesn’t hear me the first time. However when my kids walk him he’s the perfect size for them. They can handle his size and they don’t have to bend over like I do. It’s adorable to watch my kids on walks with our mini now that he’s a little older and has good manners with them on walks.
Hi guys! I’ve been watching your channel faithfully for years now! I am a breeder of Australian Labradoodles and Bernedoodles (in Canada), and I’ve learned so many helpful tips and tricks on program elements and puppy area design from you! I was wondering what age you move the pups out to the garage puppy area and if that’s the same time you send momma home with her guardian family? I’m looking to do the transition here with one of my litters soon but was wondering about timing. Thanks so much in advance!
My (AMD) is 36lbs. I wanted that size as an outdoor person, because I want to be sure that if she gets hurt while hiking I’ll be able to carry her to safety. I told my breeder that my goal was 30-50lbs
Back in June, I got an alleged minidoodle. The breeder told me he would weigh no more than 28 pounds. Lol, Riley is almost 5months old and at his 4 month check-up , he weighed 22.4 pounds. I love Riley so much, but I really wanted a minidoodle. I'm pretty sure Riley will be a medium, at least I hope so. I am disabled and plan on having Riley trained to be my therapy dog. Riley's predecessor was an 80 pound Golden Retriever who was my service dog, she passed away in April. I am worried about how big Riley is going be, partly due to my needs and partly due to the cost of rent in my apartment complex. Other places will allow dogs no larger than 25 pounds. I researched exactly what I wanted and ended up with a baby. My vet says it will be twice the size I wanted. Your puppies are so beautiful!!!❤❤❤
I love your minis as they're the right size for me as I'm a senior lady and a bigger one would be too much for me. I have a Papillon mix who loves to be in my lap all of the time and we sleep together and have since I got him sixteen years ago. My brother has a Pointer mix and he's just to big for me. He's always in the way when I'm cooking supper or fixing my lunch. Mine stays out of the way by laying under the table. You sure do have some beautiful dogs. Thank you for your information. One question. Are your minis more prone to health problems? As some of the tiny breeds are. God bless.
Would a mini be ok with babies and toddlers, or would it be better to have a bigger dog? The mini sounds like what we want, less active and travels easier, but I would be concerned that it would be less safe for a smaller dog because we have lots of littles. My mom's little dog has gotten really anxious around kids because they trip, step on, and accidentally have hurt her in the past, and I want to avoid that issue with our family dog.
Nice video thanks, Do you think 6 weeks is too early to take home one of these babies ?? Breeders near me has a litter and says they are ready at 6 weeks….(?)
We like to send home at 8 weeks or as close to it as possible to ensure everyone is eating solid kibble, had their vet visit and first vaccine. GOOD LUCK!! =)
@@DoodlesofNC thank you for the reply! We did take a GD puppy home this weekend. Took her straight to our trusted Vet for full examination etc . So far everything seems fine we love her.
Can you tell if a mini will be less than 15 pounds after they are born? Like you said a micro? I have a 10-11 pound mini poodle and she is the perfect size ….I go everywhere with my dog and would love to not push the size requirement on JETBLUE…
@BibiSingh-zm2qj 0 seconds ago Hi, thank you so Much for sharing. We are going to be puppy parents of a F1 golden doodle for the very first time!! What are the very first things to take care of as a 13/14 week puppy parent? Please advise. How do we bring him in the car ride ( more than 2 hours) and as soon as he reaches home what do we do? A vet appointment and/or training? What are the must haves we need to keep at home for the puppy? Any suggestions and advice, tips are most welcome. Love and hugs, Bibi.
Why are you trying to encourage them to go.up and down stairs at such a young age, any body especially vets will tell you this is a definite NO big time. I would never allow mine to do that for many months!

Hey! Thank you for your helpful encouragement. I move them any where from 4-5 weeks. Depending on mom and how she is doing with nursing.
My (AMD) is 36lbs. I wanted that size as an outdoor person, because I want to be sure that if she gets hurt while hiking I’ll be able to carry her to safety. I told my breeder that my goal was 30-50lbs

Well, I’m sure if you train him so well like you plan to he will be the perfect dog! Good luck!
They are all so cute but probably mini. Im use to a smaller dog.
They’d love you to!
Mini, as I realize I have a hard time lifting up a big dog if needed.
Smart choice!
I live in a single wide mobile home so. Our mini is perfect. Breeder said she'd be about 20-25lbs
Oh that is great!
Both ❤

I think both sizes are great for kids. It’s all about the training!
My doodle is 35.5 pounds at 2 years old. My condo has a 40 pound weight limit.
I think you’re good!
At what age do you deworm your puppies?? 2 weeks or 4 weeks???
4,6,8 weeks
It’s like you read our mind 😄 we were just talking about this yesterday. Thank you!
So funny!!! Hope it helped
Decided on a mini but I’m fairly certain according to what the breeder said about expected weight she will be a medium ( on the smaller side I hope)!
I am sure you'll love her!!
Could you make more videos please❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Working on it! Thank you for the encouragement
Hey, would you let me know how much one of your puppies cost?? 🙂
Our puppies are 3400.
I wish I have enough money. I’m in love with this mini pappy. I’m single mother can’t afford it . Thank you for sharing. They are a beautiful

Yes waaay too early. Earliest allowed is 8 weeks, but 10-12 weeks is preferable

It is ok to practice to over come fear, but we don't recommend doing exercise up and down continuously.
