this was so spot on for me. it's crazy how accurate astrology can be. like I really have a problem with processing my emotions when I react to something so I don't usually really react unless it's something that really upsets me. I don't like crying in front of people even my mom whom I'm very close with and I don't like getting overly emotional but I find myself doing that quite often when I'm stressed or someone doesn't respond to me in a positive way or when I get bad grades or if I want to be friends with someone and they kinda don't seem to be as into it as me. so yeah. i have other things going on with that as well like a retrograde saturn in pisces in the 8th house which also mirrors my hiding my emotions. so this is all definitely very interesting.

I have these placements like you said!this is crazy cause at my work i realized that most of my coworkers started being rude to me and the first thing i noticed was the vibe in the room when i would come and go into the backroom where everyone was (i worked at a thrift store) and i worked alone in the front. one of my coworkers who was a lot older than me (that could be my mom) was being rude to me even though she knew i had just lost someone a couple weeks before and she yelled at me that i was bi polar. i later told my job i wnted to leave to a different location because the women was threathening to beat me up after work. i told the district manager everything that i had to about the store and how everyone wasnt who they say they are and i lost it and started crying a lot. i even cried at work cause they would bully me. i feel like its hard this placement because when i get emotional at work, people arent kind and they will start to say youre immature. Its hard to be strong when others gang up on you for being so kind..

Leo ascendant, mars in leo on cusp, leo moon in 12, Jupiter in virgo on cusp, I find that practicing mindfulness, writing 5 things I'm grateful for in a journal every morning, thinking about my intent before I speak, having a routine, etc are needed by me or I get moody and self-absorbed! +Jay O Smitty It's much more than your rising to explain reservation when meeting someone; plenty of Leo risings are shy/reserved (though only at first haha). Take the time to get to know the rest of your chart then come back to your rising and I'm sure it will seem much more obvious.

Thank you for this very meaningful interpretation of this placement. I do spend A LOT of time alone learning whatever interests me and don't stop until I'm very informed. I also do receive the MOST enlightened ideas and thoughts when I'm alone sometimes I catch myself in the middle of the most profound speech about a random issue. This happens a lot when I'm driving and It's annoying because I have no way of capturing it. I've decided to start a blog to start channeling them somewhere. Yes I attract a lot of Gemini and admire their ability to chat with people but I now intentionally keep my distance from them because I haven't had e best experience with them. Perhaps, they were simply reflecting my surpressed 12 house Gemini energy. Yep, Ive noticed that im not always quick to speak in a group but when I do, people like my ideas a lot. I have Cancer in my twelfth house. I'm a Leo ascendant with sun in Sagittarius and moon in Aries. The water brought in by Cancer is normally boiled and turned into steam by my dominant element, fire. I'd say this is accurate.

+Emily Bryson It seems you already have an idea about how you act around others haha... I'd say there is a difference between keeping it cool and causing a ruckus; which I'm sure sounds obvious lol... but what I mean is that Aries can certainly go after what they want, be focused, energetic and excited without losing their cool. What you might be trying to restrain is actually your ascendant; as Leo likes to cause a ruckus (though not be blamed for said ruckus). With that Pisces Sun it is pretty easy to convince yourself that you're trapped when you're not.. "inside my heart.. emotions ramming their way out"... sounds like you are holding something in. The best thing to do is express what you feel no matter what. Then access reactions (from yourself & others) then maybe think about changing the way you express those emotions if there is negative results; but not thinking about holding those emotions in. Being/staying cool isn't a natural talent.. it's a skill that needs to be practiced and perfected. Good luck!
Funny, when someone makes me feel vulnerable or weak I tend want to explode or turn into a rock and not give in with an explosive response. This is always rough waters to navigate for me and others cancers in the 12th house, so where is the middle ground that I'm not seeing in this situation? What would be option 3?
Option 3 would be to find words and actions that are appropriate, while still authentic to your emotions. My advice for Cancer 12th is to feel what you feel when you feel it, but to explode boarders on childish behavior (dependent on the situation of course) so implement some Saturnian (Capricorn preferably) enegy and find a mature way to express yourself.

thank you for sharing this having cancer in the 12th is really confusing. This video revealed to me that I'm balanced. However within that balance it's hard to understand the actual footing. It does take so much at first to be aware of the reactions to any situation and being able to take control in what we will do about it. Until I reached a stage where I'm all 3 at once. A stone but cheerful and vulnerable. Kinda like content with what is because that's all that we have every present moment.

I´m that 1 person out of 10 who has not Leo rising with this placement :). I have Cancer also on my asc, but I can relate to overall frames you give in this video because I know my natal moon very well- it´s in Virgo and 4th house. Thanks for sharing Heli! Yes, the changes between this placement with Leo rising, and this placement with Cancer rising are subtle; but very real. With your placement it's like you have the text book, which holds all the answers, but with your ascendant energy you skip the chapters that matter most and spend your time search when you could just check the glossary, or read the book cover to cover. When you have Leo rising you might not know you had a text book to study from to begin with! Also Saturn is "she" to me as well ;)

I'm not sure, i'm fighting with having either a virgo or a leo rising. the time my mom told me gives me this but i'm more reserved when you first meet me...alot of people think i'm shy on the first meeting...but hearing this 12 house explanation...i really believe i have that leo rising
+Jay O Smitty It's much more than your rising to explain reservation when meeting someone; plenty of Leo risings are shy/reserved (though only at first haha). Take the time to get to know the rest of your chart then come back to your rising and I'm sure it will seem much more obvious.

I do spend A LOT of time alone learning whatever interests me and don't stop until I'm very informed. I also do receive the MOST enlightened ideas and thoughts when I'm alone sometimes I catch myself in the middle of the most profound speech about a random issue. This happens a lot when I'm driving and It's annoying because I have no way of capturing it. I've decided to start a blog to start channeling them somewhere.
Yes I attract a lot of Gemini and admire their ability to chat with people but I now intentionally keep my distance from them because I haven't had e best experience with them. Perhaps, they were simply reflecting my surpressed 12 house Gemini energy.
Yep, Ive noticed that im not always quick to speak in a group but when I do, people like my ideas a lot. But when I'm not feeling very confident in myself I just sit and stay quiet or I don't communicate effectively - loose my thoughts, can't find words, sound nervous. I'm planning to join toast masters to help with it.

I have Cancer in my twelfth house. I'm a Leo ascendant with sun in Sagittarius and moon in Aries. The water brought in by Cancer is normally boiled and turned into steam by my dominant element, fire. I'd say this is accurate.

I also have an aries moon...which is so confusing! my leo ascendant tries to keep it cool and confident and optimistic, but inside my heart and emotions are ramming their way through. i'm also a pisces sun...not wanting to unload my emotions on others...sensitive to criticism too... or being ungrateful...baaah how do I act around others?!
+Emily Bryson It seems you already have an idea about how you act around others haha... I'd say there is a difference between keeping it cool and causing a ruckus; which I'm sure sounds obvious lol... but what I mean is that Aries can certainly go after what they want, be focused, energetic and excited without losing their cool. What you might be trying to restrain is actually your ascendant; as Leo likes to cause a ruckus (though not be blamed for said ruckus).
With that Pisces Sun it is pretty easy to convince yourself that you're trapped when you're not.. "inside my heart.. emotions ramming their way out"... sounds like you are holding something in. The best thing to do is express what you feel no matter what. Then access reactions (from yourself & others) then maybe think about changing the way you express those emotions if there is negative results; but not thinking about holding those emotions in. Being/staying cool isn't a natural talent.. it's a skill that needs to be practiced and perfected. Good luck!

Funny, when someone makes me feel vulnerable or weak I tend want to explode or turn into a rock and not give in with an explosive response. This is always rough waters to navigate for me and others cancers in the 12th house, so where is the middle ground that I'm not seeing in this situation? What would be option 3?
Option 3 would be to find words and actions that are appropriate, while still authentic to your emotions. My advice for Cancer 12th is to feel what you feel when you feel it, but to explode boarders on childish behavior (dependent on the situation of course) so implement some Saturnian (Capricorn preferably) enegy and find a mature way to express yourself.

thank you for sharing this having cancer in the 12th is really confusing. This video revealed to me that I'm balanced. However within that balance it's hard to understand the actual footing. It does take so much at first to be aware of the reactions to any situation and being able to take control in what we will do about it. Until I reached a stage where I'm all 3 at once. A stone but cheerful and vulnerable. Kinda like content with what is because that's all that we have every present moment.

I have Cancer also on my asc, but I can relate to overall frames you give in this video because I know my natal moon very well- it´s in Virgo and 4th house. Thanks for sharing Heli! Yes, the changes between this placement with Leo rising, and this placement with Cancer rising are subtle; but very real. With your placement it's like you have the text book, which holds all the answers, but with your ascendant energy you skip the chapters that matter most and spend your time search when you could just check the glossary, or read the book cover to cover. When you have Leo rising you might not know you had a text book to study from to begin with!
