it does a little bit of work if you have horrible wifi / ethernet connection. if you have at least 100mbs down with 20mbs up it wont do much, even if u live close to the servers.

It does work but if you have bad internet and bad pc its not gonna magicaly make u have 240 fps 0 ping negative delay
no it does not work. theres no way to lower ur ping without moving closer to the servers.
