The Seamax Deluxe Boat Launching Wheels system is comprised of marine quality T6 aluminium alloy, CNC processed, and anodized for corrosion resistance. As a result, the product is suitable for usage in saltwater. Solid stainless steel and reinforced Nylon are used to make all of the little pieces. The air-filled tyre has been lab-tested (1000 LBS) and is capable of supporting a maximum load of 600 LBS in all weather conditions. To modify the leg length, put in the spring-loaded buttons on either side of the leg and either pull or push to extend or shorten the leg. Push down on the spring-loaded bar towards the top of the leg assembly to change the leg angle, then slide the leg assembly to the appropriate position. Pull out the quick release pin positioned at the top of the leg assembly to remove it from the bracket. Our new tyres have a diameter of 12 inches and a width of around 4 inches. The brackets may be positioned at the top of the waterline to keep water out of the screw holes. In 2019, we created a profile for the transom bracket. The bracket now just needs two bolts to be installed. With the same carrying capacity, it's easier to fit it on your boat.
