What drove the cost so high? That’s a lot more than I thought it would be, especially for concrete and not tile patio
multiple retaining walls, landscaping, existing concrete patio demo as well as additions to the wood decking.

What are the dimensions and color of this pool? Looks amazing!
It's a 35' freedom with splash pad in storm grey by imagine pools. The dimensions are 35' long x 13' wide x 5' deep
What was dimensions for the patio? Was it 4ft width around the pool? What about for the loungers? Thanks!
I believe it is 10ft between the house and pool, and 4ft on the other sides

What was the amount of time start to finish it took y'all?
5 weeks from start to finish, would probably have been 4 but it was in the middle of winter with a bit of inclement weather.
No rebar for the concrete deck
We use fiber reinforced concrete, eliminating the need for rebar.
