If she is arguing that her medical conditions lead to all these issues, then her medical conditions make her unfit for the position. She loses either way....

Both of her alleged health conditions aren't chronic health conditions, meaning they should not have long lasting effects if dealt with properly

The cases that she has presided over and found people guilty those charges should not reflect their record and should be annulled since she has been found incompetent while on the bench.

I’m not 100% of it, but I’m almost positive that’s her; judges and DA’s have an obligation to keep jails and prisons full. Our jails and prisons are PRIVATELY owned conglomerates under contract with states. If those jails and prisons aren’t kept at a certain capacity, then the jail or prison can fine the state up to 2 million dollars….that’s why they are tapped out and full. There was a case out of oklahoma involving a chain of state prisons, and the conglomerate fined oklahoma 2 million dollars a piece because they weren’t a 98% capacity rate. It’s cheaper for states to keep people locked up.

Interesting, we are constantly being told that women are as good as men and that no special treatment should be given to them as they are equals, aye to that if it is truly the case. However, there appear to be an increasing number of cases where women are not up to the task and are blaming their biological differences and hence implying that they should get special treatment.
Firstly if you are incompetent in your work, regardless of your sex, you should be fired, secondly if you have a health problem, again, regardless of you sex, you should seek help. Blaming your incompetance on someone or something else and not expecting to be held accountable for it, is immoral, unfortunately there are too many people in positions of power today that lack any morals whatsoever.

By claiming it is a medical condition causing over 100 counts of improper conduct and that she is aware that the medical issue exists and is a problem, she admits to a willful pattern of negligence to address an issue which had a sever impact on her capacity to uphold her oath. If anything should disqualify a judge for judicial immunity, that should be it. A judge has a duty to recuse themselves if they are aware their capacity to be impartial is compromised.
