I have to say it's great to see the theory behind such tools being applied to different sectors for different reasons Having learned photography 18 years ago I have to say it's amazing how much everything has changed. You need to be well versed in so many more things now to stay current. Leveraging the right technology with the right tasks can certainly give you an edge though.

I saw a comment asking if there is a way to see your full wedding client workflow - I am in the facebook group of yours but am unable to find any videos with the entire thing. Joy, I would like to see if you have any tips or tricks on using Apple Shortcuts within your phone to send out mass text to clients. I use it often but I find it confusing at times and I’m also not sure if I’m using the correct wording within my text message.
@@Joymichelle I started using text when I realized many of my perspective client either aren't getting my emails or the emails that I'm sending find themselves placed in a spam folder. I Learned how to use the automation within Apple Shortcuts to send out mass text but in my opinion its extremely clunky. Would you be interested in developing and selling pre-generated text those that struggle with the proper vernacular when reaching out to clients via text? I recently hired someone from Fiverr but the automated text he developed didn't cater towards potential clients within in the photography sphere.
That's really interesting. I think it's smart to have that extra level of follow up! What text service to you use? Or is it just your personal number ? Either way - that's smart.

I have two cell phones one for work and one for work which is the number I use to text prospective clients via mass text. Ok, that was helpful! I think I struggle with knowing when to time the step. I currently have them set up as 'after the previous step is complete', but doing that they don't do the next step if I don't click complete [*facepalm*]. So, my steps do send. So, I think timing them BEFORE the event is what I need to be doing!
Right!! That’s a great way of looking at it too! I just have all emails to “approve before sending” so that I don’t end up with some awkward emails that don’t make sense for that client
