War Performance is something different from technology and of course the ns germany would win this, but if you compare technology for their period of time the german empire atleast in my opinion wins. @@TheRoyalJester1 Russia did not win the war. They left the war in 1918 by signing the treaty of Brest-Litowsk. France, the UK and the US (+the minor powers) won ww1. The Eastern Front was won by Germany, the Western Front was won by the Entente (-Russia). The Entente used the states created by Germany to weaken them though. So Brest-Litowsk was not allowed to stick.
The only thing I disagree with is that I think that the UK could have eventually be in Germany in war the British Naval blockade was destroying Germany's economy and it was going to destroy Derbies economy even without sending troops to Mainland Europe because Britain's Navy was just that strong
