yeah I 100% agree on Arcray but Imo it has other cool uses, I found that you could tech in a copy of five-rainbow magician and after you board wipe your opponent with Zarc, on the crack back to you, you can tribute Zarc to summon the arcray and use its effect to scale the five-rainbow from your deck to effectively mystic mine your opponent
Fyi, the effect of "always treated as synchro/fusion dragon" only work if they are in ur hand/field/GY/Extra Deck, meaning the trap card can't use them as materials directly from the Deck to summon Z-ARC.

It's not expensive The deck has a LOT of budget options and the only truly expensive card is Baronne if you opt to play it which is getting a reprint anyways
