I dont know in person but from what I see in the videos, to me Mark Wildman looks 7-8 feet tall lol. He has no business being so graceful and flexible. Very inspiring.
I put 50 movements in the program. Try it out. Give me feed back. There’s a level 2 I’m Working on to shoot next year. It will all be in the same program
Mark - I has L5 - Spinal surgery a little while ago and need some core exercises for my stomach abs etc.. area - what do you recommend that will not hurt my back?
man this is hardcore Basics Essentials that is difficult. Ive been dealing with basic isometric basic calisthenics but I need to rethink now how to incorporate this. I have a bad worn out Left hip Arthritic and i can only do so much.
It’s for the core program. I think it’s sitting at 120 workouts now. The editor is adding at least 20 a month. Eventually it will have 500 workouts in it.
Does anyone know what kind of mat that Mark is using in this video during the exercise demonstration? I've been looking for something similar and it looks like it is meant to roll up which would be perfect for my basement gym. It doesn't look like the equipment mats I've seen him recommend in the past, and I can't see the company/product name with the camera angle. Messing with the image I think it says Fujimats but I'm not sure.
@@johnobrien6869 I saw it's intended for martial arts practice. Are you able to use weights on it? I don't want to buy a bunch of stall mats for the few locations I need to work out in the basement, so if something like this could work out it would be great.
@@eN-Rom You could park a forklift on it....they come in various sizes...just google Miramat...wherever you live I'm sure you will find something to meet your needs.
I use to wear 5.11 but fabric quality went down. These are wrangler ATG. Tailor the bottom 8 inches of the leg to your boots. They have a high waist but full gusset. Not bad for sub $50

He's 7'13" tall.
Fully agree. And the aerial circus performance background was a bit surprising to learn.
Exercises
2:07 spinal rock
3:27 sit-up
4:52 pilates cross-touch
6:11 V-up opposite arm leg raise
Not all heros wear capes 🫡
Thank you for this. He is far too longwinded!
1:29?
Longwinded?? I started following him because he breaks down and explains exercises in a no BS approach step by step.
Just the content I've been looking for !
Great video Mark!
Thank you! Bells of steel is the best. I got a whole pallet here of new stuff I’m gonna start opening
0:05 this moment explains a lot.
Throughout MW's work every sequence of movements is presented with a through line of form.
Pretty cool how this is already part of my training due to BJJ warmups/cooldowns incorporating these same movements.

That’s some serious exercises. Btw those boots are awesome what brand?

Wellllllll shit. Now I need to raise my ceiling

pretty solid judo roll for an older geezer.
Mate, this "older" geezer could knock you out cold. 😂
For such a big bloke, you are so flexible, agile, lithe and strong.
Sickly inspirational.
Thanks.
🦘🇦🇺👍
Cool video.
Hi question if you don’t mind is the core training subscription or is that for all training?

Is Mr Wildman into motorcycle driving? (ic a ktm, i upvote)
No crash pad or anything when you were hanging above the cement floor? Hmmm. Other than that, thank you for an inspirational video!
Aerial by definition, is death defying. Like most climbing sports
How do I improve thumping?
Spinal rocks and deck squats. It’s annoying but run three cycles in deck squats (3 weights)…. Experience tends to solve it

I have something similar called a Miramat which is an Australian product. Brilliant.
FUJIMAT

C'mon Mister Wildman, you did not have to start the video like this!! Have some empathy!
🤣🤣🤣
Some of this looks like monkey kung fu
What kind of pants do you wear? They're snug, but you move easily.

@markwildman2576 Awesome. 👍
What are they? Can't see a response.
@@Paul-to6iw The response was deleted for some reason. He said they're Wrangler ATG's.
Just a flexible viking, nothing to see here.
