I think this is just a short Pf snare, a bit similar to the one BMG does. The one that your talking about is the Tch snare, Tyte had a tutorial for it I think
I'm one of the few I've heard that are able to do it like him, not to toot my horn. Its called a Psh snare or classic snare. You literally say Pch, but really tight. Its really similar to one of the older snares, the Ps snare/cymbal, which you never hear anymore because it doesnt sound as clean or good as the Psh snare. Adding the Chhhh effect after P creates the pshhhhh sound, and then you shorten it, and try to make the P have a punch. sorry for the long response lol
Awesome breath control video! I've always thought the outwards k couldn't sound good but I guess I'm entirely wrong! Question for all beatboxers out there: I can't beatbox for any longer than 2 minutes because too much saliva builds up. Does anyone else have that problem and maybe how could I fix this?? :O Thank you!!
Obviously smoking or putting anything into your lungs but air is gonna hinder your performance, but it won't necessarily limit you. You'll probably not have as good of lung capacity because of it but it doesn't mean you can't learn sounds and get better.
