What a brilliant vid ....... your ‘style’ is SO much better than 90% out there ...... Clear, sensible pace ...... fully informative ....... but EVERY comment clearly accompanies your visual action !! Please go & buy Roland’s 707 & do a similar video for them and us !!!!
THANK YOU so much for the review dude, learned so much from you I wonder if all this is in the manual cause it's not a big but you covered so much. For example the 2sec short cut to go back to normal speed again, where did you learn that from?
Thank you for this tutorial. It allowed me to see what this machine can do. I got one for live performances and I like it. I agree with you with the screen and the calculator era...An LED screen would be nice for next time....but thank you for this tutorial and explanation
Nice review man! I have a question, can you change to a new phrase memory and start recording right away? I see you did it in the video but actually cut the process of switching phrase memories. I know you can switch while in play mode, but not sure if it can start recording a new track on the beat when the phrase memory changes.
do you know how to get different length of sound looped? in example, in track one it's 4sec and in track two its 30sec. I'm not really sure if it's clear my question...
I don't think a couple of tracks would fit on the looper, but you could add samples, eg. sirens to the tracks that you're playing from a turntable for example
nobody can tell you just like this. But I was also thinking and decided for the 202. I would have taken the 505 mainly because of the 5 instead of 2 layers, but with the possibility to have 8 "parts" per song I'm completely ok with only 2 layers. And as the 202 is almost 200€ cheaper, I'll rather spend those on a pedal or a new mic
This is simply the best video I found explaining how to use this unit. Thank you 🖐🏾 for the breakdown.

Is it possible that all videos about this device are made on the same pattern? None of them do not shows how to operate with actual looper.
can rhe volume of the two tracks be assigned to faders of an external midi controller?
Привет автор, ты классный.Можешь ли ты подсказать по паре моментов касательно rc202? Хочу себе купить но кое что интересует.

there's a length marker around the button, but it doesn't show you the exact time in seconds.
How much is this sir wher did you buy it thanks
I did not buy it, Roland Boss sent it to me for testing. I wish I could keep it :) It's about 70% the price of Boss RC-505
hello, i have some questions:
-how can i send you a shoutout?
-does sound quality matter?
send me a prv message on facebook through facebook.com/TheBeatboxGuru
Can I use this as an audio interface for my DAW or Maschine? Just like the boss rc 505?
what about for djing, can it be done fairly easily on the fly... and many different sampling from playing trax could be put on different pages?

should I buy 202 or a 505?
