Unknown Artist ("Kieran Song") [SOLVED: Simon Panrucker - “Kieran Song”]

Featured on the compilation "Never Mind The Bootlegs CD 3", this bizarre track (labelled as "kieran song", but "We Come From The Jungle" is more fitting personally) is an almost entirely acapella song outside brief uses of drums within the track. The compilation itself is dated as 2002/07 so the track is most likely from 2002 and before, and may be on a bootleg recording considering the compilations theme.
Personal note - the compilation is labelled as bastard pop which means mashup and since "Zombienation" is a remix if this is a parody or ""remix"" of an existing song tell me. Only guess may be cause Witch Doctor around 1:15. Or just dumb labeling on the archive part.

I haven’t considered, partially cause I thought the quality wasn’t that bad, but yeah on listen it is bad. But I don’t typically do a lot of just bad sounding lostwave uploads.
