There’s different types there’s thin wooden boards and there’s thick wooden boards of course the thin ones are the easiest and the thicker they are harder to break
We did 3/4 inch plywood with the teen class when I was a kid like 3 people managed to break it

to the people commenting over the "fake" wood:
a woodplate with 2*20*20 is so hard to break because it has the ability to bend to a certain degree and it is impact resistant, not like concrete , concrete is a hard but not bendable "element" so it has a lower breaking point than wood.
Remember that a 5 cm*40cm*300 cm woodplate easily can hold 200 kg
0:32 bruh explain this then. You know I have been learning martial arts for about 7 years and I can tell you that wooden planks don’t break that easily. Like 5 planks with a not very strong side slap?
It is fake dry wood I bought timber from a timber merchant years ago for a grading I couldn't break it the instructor insisted that we were all going no where until this wood was broken. All the black belts were going mad no one could come close to breaking this wood full of oil in fact I took the wood home determined to break it which I did eventually, with a 20lb sledge hammer after many hits. I was advised by seniors dry wood next time use pallets. No shame in that but these guys who do all this breaking re attactable boards, weakend boards and dodgy masonry so certainly wouldn't build a house that shit.

This wood isn’t even close to 2x20x20 at most it’s 1x12x12, and for breaking boards even being able to withstand 200 kilos isn’t much, a decent martial artist could probably hit 200 square kilos. Smashing this kind of weak wood with your elbow at a downward angle is not impressive at all

All of those cement blocks and wooden boards were all VERY weak and fake! Even a baby could break them! The cement blocks have a powder on them so when they break it looks like it got hit really hard. So I’m reality the props used are very weak
