For some reason I’d like to imagine some of these TV chefs are just walking down the street minding their own business and then suddenly someone starts shouting Uncle Roger quotes at them from the video they were in 😂

"Its us asians who work all day and night and we still have time to cook" mood. Then again, food and cooking, and fresh ingredients have a much higher place in most asia cultures. I get that some people want stuff that's quick to cook - but maybe don't choose pho then. Or ramen. Just chose actually quick dishes, or ruin your own countries cuisine :P This was so painful, lol.
Also, if they don't want red meat, just make chicken pho, my family prefers it anyways. The steak slices are so thick, they won't be tender at all. *sigh*
Haha they always have their own thinking... If they know the right knowledge they can eat the right Asian food (lke Gordon's egg fried rice)!

I'm so new to these foods! What is suitable for making Pierogi?
@@cherylliulol Pierogi dough is almost only combination of flour and water. I guess it kinda reminds Bao Buns without yeast. So it's flat and soft from cooking in water. Ravioli is almost same as pasta, so egg based.

That steak was poorly cooked by western standards as well. More grey than browned, and thick grey lines around a very rare center…

Vietnamese here, that Karen surely destroyed the dish with no effort. The thing we like most in Pho is it "fresh" broth with many flavours inside and the beef, thin sliced beef cooked in the hot boiled broth, I dont know why she made beef like White people steak and the broth looks so disgusting, never wanna try that.
