Hello, good video. In Germany, of course, there are only very weak tornadoes. So far this year there have been 37 confirmed tornadoes, of which nineteen were F1 and one F2 tornado. The last F3 tornado occurred in 2019. The last F4 tornado raged in Germany in 1979. F1=73-112 mph/ F2=113-157 mph/ F3=158-206 mph/ F4=207-260 mph

Sorry, but US states are not like European countries. The Federal Republic of Germany was modeled after the US as far as the federal states are concerned. Decentralization, courts, schools, police, etc.

You can also change schools later, or 2nd chance education and many schools. The German school system is like a river delta.
And the Marshall Plan is a false myth.
