I been charge $20 to fix every power point. My total renovation cost $10600 for kitchen, 1 build in wardrobes, 2 toilet , one bed frame in common room, painting and not to mention the whole house is using smart technology. Curtains in Singapore is expensive also, I bought the Korea curtain and fix by my contractor which save me almost 70~80% of the market rate. But I never engage any interior design and only contractors. I am satisfied that they meet mostly all my expectations without me there all the time (I only went down 3 time for the whole renovation) , but I spend most of my time researching what to buy online and deliver it to the house to let my contractor fix. anyway I didn't use taobao at all and only shopee, q10 and lazada for the whole renovation. All I have to say is need to do some homework and not been treated as carrot cake.
