- Our boy is not feeling his best. We scheduled a vet appointment to figure out what is going on. Will update y'all soon!

I hope TipToe gets well soon. ❤ you’re an amazing tortoise mama. I feel for you, you put all your love into this precious animal, even a family member at this point. and when something is off it is a horrible feeling. When I let my tortoise meet his siblings, he caught a respiratory disease and I was so scared for him and felt so sad and worried. I didn’t like to see him suffering. Once Charlie got some vaccines he got a little better but he still has the little mucus but I’m thankful he still has his active spirit, personality, and happiness. Seeing this makes me feel that all over again, poor guy. Be strong TipToe, you’re a tank filled with spirit!

Tiptoe is so important to all of us. I love you Tiptoe. He is not even looking at the camera. His eyes are even different size. Suggestion if there is a veterinarian school / college by you contact them. In Philly is The Univ. Of Penna which has a vet school. Office is open to public. Cheap too. Check to see if any college near you
Oh sweet boy! It is quite evident he isn't feeling himself at all. This might be a figment of my imagination, but to me even the colour in his face and the skin around his eyes seems 'a little off'. Crossing my fingers that it is something mild and easily treatable. He brings so much joy to his Tiptoe Crew. *Hugs*

Feel better Tippy. My tortoise is eating less. I think it’s the weather. We’re located in Northern California and she stays in the house. Pretty nippy - too cold for her to frolic outside right now.
