The HK21 was goated in zombies only thing I rocked with the thunder gun or ray gun! Good times
The HK was good, but I hated the slow fire rate and mobility with this thing, it made me not like the weapon. Other than that, it is (statistically) the best LMG in BO1 Zombies.
@@elhombre5291 Yeah, Double Tap with this thing is great, pretty much necessary with the HK. Imagine this with Double Tap 2.0 tho. This thing would be insane.
Rpk and galil were slightly better maybe even the commando

There were so many guns in BO1 that were criminally under rated. The only guns that were just bad to use were any pistol not named the CZ75 or python.
Honestly thought dual wield ASP’s or 1911’s werent too bad for a panic switch when your primary was out 🤷♂️

The M1911 and the makarov were pretty good if you had a trigger finger. I use to run around with them popping off
The default class made this weapon look awful. It makes me feel so sad for it.
The ASP would have been cool if it had a 2-shot kill range of, like, 2 metres? Kinda like the TAC-45 has in BO2. Otherwise, it's really underwhelming.
The Makarov and 1911 are fine... but not as fine as the other two handguns everyone uses!
I like the "handgun situation" a lot more in BO2, because every pistol behaves extremely differently than the others. By contrast, in BO1 they are all slightly different semi-autos (and a revolver that basically works like a semi-auto), so people just go for the best ones.
A nice feature that the HK-21 had most people didn't know about were its hipfire crosshairs were smaller than ARs but not SMG size. The RPK also shared this unique crosshair too

This thing with HARDENED on Nuketown was such a blast, esp in SnD when you could wallbang people in the bedrooms in the first 15 seconds.
People always remember the slow shooting one from zombies, but they never realize it’s actually rapid firing in multiplayer.
Did it? It's been over a decade since I played Black Ops zombies and I can't remember.
Lowkey one of my favorite funs from BO1, slept on in both Multiplayer and Zombies. A bunch of my prestiges I used this for the first few levels instead of the MP5K or M16 back in the day.
The HK21 was seriously slept on so much, that gun was so fun to use at least for me. All I needed was a red dot and I was good to go, loved the HK and still do now
Hk21 beamed, killed really fast. Terrible mobility, but there was a bug where if you were to sprint while holding a tac insert you sprint full speed. Great for reaching angles in snd, no one expected an hk21 mid map before ak74u players
I insisted on using this gun back in the day, loved the sound of it and the iron sights were solid. Pop a decent sight on it, and it's a super capable gun for HC, too

Bo1 lmgs didnt make sense in reloading unnecessarily slow for guns that weren't belt fed

I have an idea for you in Black Ops 1 Fortunate, it may sound crazy but you can use the Uzi with grip/stock to control the heavy recoil and also with a red dot sight to change the horrible iron sights, or maybe remove the stock or the rds for extended mags, a combination of these attachments can make the Uzi a better weapon, give it a try please! love yall
Grip red dot is insane for the uzi got dogs with it yesterday
Or go rapid fire/ steady aim and make it a hipfire gun
Fortunate. I know this may seem weird but I do it for fun. On mw2 select your tactical nuke then close your eyes and randomly select your kill streaks. But you can not look at the ones you picked. You may not do that but it's something to think about.
It would be awesome if you make a video with the RPK next
I loved the G3 type look of this LMG and used it often! It was very decent!
I ran it with Gold camo. Loved it, it was a less jumpy AK47.
I'd say the RPK was the least used LMG in multiplayer. I still play this game all the time and almost never see it.
Hey fortunate heres some ideas....
-no vertical right stick or mouse (can only look side to side no up or down)
-inverted controls
-nade/knife first kills (gotta get a kill with a knife or nade, then can use gun to get the scavenger pack)
- full auto only (when you start shooting, you cant let off the trigger until the mag is empty)
- no scope only (this is very different depending on the gun.. shotguns is easy, single pistol is impossible)
- walking only (no crouching, sprinting, jumping, vaulting...)
theres pretty much infinite options for content and none of those involve private lobbies/friends... and as a cod youtuber that's still relevant and successful, its kinda sad that you feel stuck... cmon guy
Just a heads up Fortunate, they did add the /unlockall command that does give you pro perks. I was dreading having to unlock all of the pro perks until I found out.

Great vid. As for video ideas I used to watch cod videos with just commentary on other topics. It would be interesting just to hear stories and other things you are interested in while you are playing cod. I remember woodysgamertag had great cod commentaries on other stuff.
I did but I'm a player who doesn't care how good a weapon is I like to play with any gun it's fun playing with all weapons

How about a series where you try to get a 30 kill streak using a different gun only using non lethals? Would be hard but also fun to watch for BO1

The HK used to highkey slap, second best lmg next to the almighty stoner imo.
For me it was the m60 that i used the most. Just to be weird i would put ext mag on.
The LMG’s were decent in this game (RPK was okay) but stoner and HK-21 were very good, but they weren’t used as they made you sooo slow! It was incredibly noticeable and black ops was kinda fast paced
I remember in one of the patches the Stoner was made absolutely nuts... the recoil was just non exsistant so it could just map people. Good times....
I used this because of campaign the rebirth island mission made me love this thing
Everytime I use this gun I’m surprised at how good it is and why people don’t use it. Towards the middle of the game I realize why, LMGs are just too slow and clunky.
same here sometimes i would picked it up on the floor and do nasty with it, but would do miserably when doing a class!
I like using almost any gun in most Call of Duty games I don't care if they're bad or whatever it's so boring playing with the best guns all the time
I like your commentary at the start. I upload CoD Mobile, and sometimes I’ll sit down to play to make a vid and I’ll immediately feel depressed about it, feeling like it’s an utter waste of time. That and feeling like I just don’t want to play this stupid game. Then I’ll go out and “touch grass”, do something real. The closest similar thing irl is Paintball or Airsoft. Way more fun and healthy for you as well. Or I’ll go surfing since I live in Bali. Sometimes it’s like a week before I feel like I want to play. I guess I won’t be “pro” with my intense work ethic 😂
Honestly, I didnt use LMGs much in BO1, but when i did I used the HK21. The slowed movespeed (maybe that was just perceived because of the animation) and the high af damage made it feel like I was a juggernaut running around with a 40 lb gun and blowing holes in kids

yo @fortunate here's an idea for ya, get a moab in MW3 crouch only server. =FF= clan hosts a private server on the vanilla game and there's people playing there daily.
They also feature DLC maps, would be nice to see more of those on your channel. :)
No one used it because it was a hitmarker machine, M60 was more consistent, and the Stoner had a higher fire rate which allowed a faster TTK.

The mobility and the ADS are too slow, but the gun itself is good, I feel like those two things held it back from the rest

I know you’ve done it before but the Dual Skorpian & steady aim combo is ridiculous, all I used in BO1. Couldn’t go wrong with an MPL gameplay either. Would love to see another gameplay with either of them!

my 2 cents on the HK21. it gives me trust issues when I pull the trigger. as it's meant for a Prefire playstyle.

The mag size was really the only think hold back this lmg imo, I don’t know what the purpose of an lmg with the mag size of an AR is.

Saw you in a plutonium lobby yesterday, but the next map was Domination on nuketown. I told myself “he not gonna stick around he hates nuketown”. Sure enough you dipped right before the match started

It’s because the AR’s and a smgs were the best ever in cod in this game. You also run extremely slow with the HK. More of a zombies gun
