Lol mixing rice and bread is like eating pancakes with bread. It's a no no. Eat either the chole (garbonzo beans/chick peas curry) with either the bread (probably bature) or with the rice. Not together. Bread with the chole or rice with the chole. And idlis are best enjoyed when you dunk em properly lol. And also just a fun fact. Everything you ate was vegetarian. Tasty breakfast and no need for animal protein.
first brown curry you opened is Sambhar (To be eaten with idli)
second brown curry you opened is Chole (Garbonzo/Chick pea curry)
brown sweet you ate at end is Halwa (It's a gram/chick pea flour based sweet)

Nooooooooo. Guys.... please always stir all indian curries before eating. Your first two dips were oil. Lol. Also the best way to eat those are in a bowl. You puncture each pillow with spoon and let it soak in the sambar in your bowl. Elevate by mixing just a little bit of the coconut sause with the sambar with the pillow.

Please dont eat poori with rice its not indian way. Its foreigners eat that way. No indian eats with mixing curry in rice and eating with naan or roti. Always eat rice and curry mixing every rice fully. And roti or naan with curry. But never eat rice and curry and using roti or naan like a spoon. Most importantly rice and curd mix it will and have it. I see most of foreigners eat everything seperately or they eat everything at once. Indian food they are so different the flavours you will get are yum. I see most of them mixing all curries in rice and having it. We indians eat everything seperately. Like rice and any one of those curry.. next time dont eat roti poori or naan with rice combination. Its weird.
