just a heads up, try to keep it out of the sun and try to keep some kind of uv protectant on it The plastic bits that are attached to the boat do not hold up well to the sun. I can also confirm that the gear tracks provided do not work well. The scotty ones seem to work pretty good.

Great video and going over everything. I'm also curious how in the hell you didn't fall into the pool. Thanks for sharing

You definitely put detail in to what all that kayak has to offer. Way more than most. Thanks again

This was a good review of your Ascend H12 man. I am thinking about getting one myself for a 2nd kayak for kayak camping. I do have a question buddy you mention about you have big feet 🦶. Just curious how big are your feet 🦶 because I have really big feet 🦶 too I am worried about my feet 🦶 not fitting in the kayak. But that was a good deal you got on the kayak. Do you know how comfortable the foot rest are cuz I have to kayak barefooted 👣? This was a good video buddy thanks you for sharing this video.

I wear size 12 shoes and in my Pungo 140, I go barefoot and my toes still are cramped. But in the H12, I put the seat on the 2nd rung from the front. And position the foot pedals so they are right under the “front
Hatch”. That way my feet are in the open part of the kayak and aren’t cramped at all. And if you’re taller than 6’2”, then you could just push the seat back more so your legs are comfortably bent. I love all the room it provides for me and storing gear. Thanks for watching!

@@greenridgeoutdooradventure3433 O OK you are a sz 12 . I am a sz15 6 E wide ( which is very very extremely wide feet 🦶 ) with very very chubby fat wide toes that are Evenly straight across making my foot very very Extremely wide at 6 1/2 inches wide from my big toe to my lil toe. My foot outgrow shoes , socks , & boots when I was young & the only footwear that will barely and I mean barely fit on my feet 🦶 are flip-flops 🩴 which barely fit me because my toes are wider than the flip flops 🩴 straps & I don't want to break the only footwear that will barely fit me. O man you have a Pungo 140 ? That's a nice kayak man. I was looking at a Pungo kayak 120 but I got my foot Stuck inside the kayak and they almost had to call 911 2 cut my foot out of a brand new kayak . It was so embarrassing cuz my foot is so extremely wide. An employee asked me is this your pair of flip flops 🩴? I said yes. Both of my lil toes hang off the footbed of my flip flops 🩴 & the owner of the kayak company & employee was looking at my flip-flops 🩴 & saw only a 4 toes worn-out smooth toes footprint on the footbed on my flip flops 🩴 & they asked me about my lil toe? That's when I told them that my foot was 6 1/2 inches wide. They had an employee with very wide feet 🦶 & he came over to me & saw my flip-flops 🩴& said I have a very wide foot & your foot is way way wider than my foot is. Which was true about he was wearing his flip flops 🩴at the time & he did have very wide feet 🦶 but his toes wasn't fat but they were spread out straight & wide across. When I got my foot out of the kayak everyone couldn't believe how extremely wide my feet 🦶 was & how fat & chubby my toes was & how evenly straight across my toes was. I have what they call box toes. My toes are not at a 45° Degrees angle like your toes are or the way shoe are made. My toes are Evenly straight across which makes footwear not fit my foot at all. I can only wear open toes footwear. But I wanted a Pungo kayak at first for kayak camping & had to go with a sit on top kayak because of how big & how extremely wide my feet 🦶 are & how evenly straight across my toes are . This is why I am looking at the H12. I apologize for this being so long. I Thought that I would share my story about me looking at a pango kayak at one point. Thanks you so much for replying back to me buddy. Looking forward to checking out your channel man.
