苔蘚森林（Mossy Forest）位于金马伦高原的Gunung Brinchang和·Guning Irau。Gunung Irau也是金马伦高原的最高山，在马来西亚半岛高山排名第9。
這里長滿的苔蘚，唯有在这样比低云层还高的高度下，云朵不断产生的雾气和湿气，才能為各種蕨類苔蘚，制造理想的生长环境。
這潮湿的熱帶的绿阔叶林，林中樹木大都高10公呎左右，其间布滿苔蘚、叶苔、豬笼草、蕨類植物还有杜鵑花和野生兰花。
当局为了方便遊客，特別在入口处的走道搭建了大概150米长的楼阶，倘若只想感受一下《魔戒》意境，在楼阶上行走，亦可以拍到许多幽深不知处的照片。楼阶的部分属于Gunung Brinchang而喜欢深入山林探险的朋友，当然可以继续深入其中到Gunung Irau去。
欲前往苔蘚森林，可从Sungai Palas茶园的入口處，沿着Gunung Brinchang的柏油路汽车道上山。抵达BOH茶园入口处的三岔路口時，转左继续往Gunung Brinchang方向行駛，接著跟著山上草莓园的指示牌左转，過后依据狹窄的山径，緩緩上山即可到达，入口处就在大路旁。
Mossy Forest is located at Gunung Brinchang and Guning Irau in Cameron Highlands. Gunung Irau is also the highest mountain in Cameron Highlands, ranking 9th among the mountains in Peninsula Malaysia.
The moss overgrown here, only at such a height higher than the low cloud layer, the fog and moisture continuously generated by the clouds can create an ideal growth environment for various fern mosses.
In this humid tropical green broad-leaved forest, most of the trees in the forest are about 10 meters high, covered with moss, leaf moss, pitcher plants, ferns, as well as rhododendrons and wild orchids.
For the convenience of tourists, the authorities have built a staircase of about 150 meters long in the walkway at the entrance. If you just want to feel the artistic conception of "The Lord of the Rings", you can also take many pictures of deep and unknown places if you walk on the stairs. The part of the stairs belongs to Gunung Brinchang and friends who like to go deep into the mountains and forests can of course continue to go to Gunung Irau.
