I wrote this in the comments too, but really wanted to make sure you read this tip... if something is too peppery like that roll; eat ice cream. It is 10x more soothing than milk or any of that other stuff. You and everyone else who reads this will thank me. If it's unbearable ice cream will save you. Ice cream and ghost peppers are ☯️

I LOVE the art and prep of sushi and how it's served on a flat platter instead of your everyday dinner plate. The dedication that goes into such small bites of ecstasy and the freshness of ingredients really does make it worth eating. When I do get the chance to splash some extra coins on a good sushi meal up town (and I recently tried eels which..ooh my goood aaaa!!) it beats all the odds. So jealous right now.

Raina! Spicy food tip!
Drink lukewarm water and instead of digesting the water just Gargle and spit the water out. Its the best solution to extremely hot food.
Capsaicin is the oil of the pepper, when drinking cold water the oil thickens and it takes forever to get rid of the spice. Also just incase, dont use hot water it will burn. So best solution is lookwarm water coz it makes the oil more fluid like and cold will make the oil thicken.

Eating raw fish is different than just tasting it. You could tell it was hard for her to try it but I'm assuming she was curious considering she saw the actual fish sitting in front of her and they might have offered her a piece to at least try it when it's raw. Well done hun! You definitely rocked this challenge!
