The value relies on you as the consumer .... if you’re like me and you value luxury experiences because you can’t take any money with you then yes it’s a great value, if you value investments then no it’s not a good value for your money ..... if you’re like me it’s 100% worth it especially if you can share the experience with someone

Think about how all the stuff transported, all those masterpieces of art, all the wood required, etc. Plus its not that sustainable coz u literally have to spend a lot for power generation, sewage treatment, fresh water generation systems.

I think its definitely worth that. I know if I had that mind of money I would buy something like this in a heartbeat compared to something on land. The views are worth it alone not to mention the size, the amenities, the beautiful outside showers, the infinity pool, the huge deck, ect. Its just breathtaking!!!

The small room could be a place to call someone on your mobile telephone if there was/ is a loud party in the villa. A guest could also work on a laptop in there if there was a loud party and they needed to finish some work.
As someone who’ll never be able to afford to stay here (😭) I wonder, all the snack & spirits and drinks in the fridge, are they complimentary considering how much you’re paying to stay there, or is it chargeable to the room like a regular hotel?
I love that it’s not edited for things that see or issues with functions in the villa. Bras hanging, things breaking, not opening or turning on. $10M… its the view! The wood would be beautiful if it wasn’t so washed out by all the white.

I believe that room in the master is a nursing room. The two padded benches on the side are baby changing stations. It’s so that mom can nurse the baby to sleep without waking anyone up

Hope this not a banana cabana(Gentlemen’s club), like the airy feel of the place but the house lacks $5~10 million dollar materials, accessories and components. Interior looks like it from the 80's. At that price point they need to update and make it modern contemporary. Sea levels or a storm will destroy this place in a matter of time. Water is great, though
This place is nice, but I would NOT pay 10 million for it. It’s a little dated and needs some renovation. There’s a lot of wasted space and poorly designed spaces, like those “powder rooms” and the coffee nook upstairs with the fridge in it. WHY is that there?? And WHY is the fridge in it bigger than the fridge in the kitchen??? More baffling is the amount of toilets off the master bedroom... it’s ridiculous! And WHY is there a workspace behind the bed in the master bedroom when there’s an office just off the master bedroom??? And seriously, what ISSSSS that extra enclosed room with the bench seating in the master bedroom... a lounge???? A dressing room?? It is the weirdest thing I’ve seen in a home. I love the outdoor showers, tub and sauna. And the sunset deck is INCREDIBLE! I love the round table seating area out there. I also love the concept of the peek-a-boo area at the entry way where you can see the ocean and sea life passing beneath the villa, but I don’t love the design. Why is this area enclosed and separated from the rest of the house? Last, the kitchen.... the breakfast nook is....not aesthetically pleasing at all. They need to get rid of that lone chair! It looks ridiculous! The kitchen could be SOOO much better. Every bedroom in this villa is larger than that kitchen. This kitchen only has a 2 burner stove cooktop! What?! I’m so confused. IF you did have a chef come in to prepare meals for you, it would take them forever, especially if they were cooking for you and all the guests you can fit on that deck! Also, wouldn’t this kitchen be much more dope if it also had the same views as the rest of the house?!? Last, gripe about the kitchen... WHY is there a pass-through to the stairwell??? I guess to pass food onto anyone going upstairs to lounge in the rec room. Kitchens are most often a significant selling point with a lot of thought put into them, but this kitchen seems like an afterthought. It really, really scrapes my nerves.
the price is just the view. i agree with you. I was expecting a lot more but the emphasis and influence on the price is the view and the name, " Maldives" . I think selling it for that much is criminal lol
