worth it and the sculpture in the main room is a Manta Ray they are amazing animals .... i would say it's worth it for the location alone almost every day it will be warm ... if i had the money i would buy one

The value relies on you as the consumer .... if you’re like me and you value luxury experiences because you can’t take any money with you then yes it’s a great value, if you value investments then no it’s not a good value for your money ..... if you’re like me it’s 100% worth it especially if you can share the experience with someone
Dude the value's so much , coz its not easy to build a mansion in the middle of the ocean on a lagoon. Think about how all the stuff transported, all those masterpieces of art, all the wood required, etc. Plus its not that sustainable coz u literally have to spend a lot for power generation, sewage treatment, fresh water generation systems.
Never stayed in a 10 million dollar anything before. That was a most excellent tour and allowed me to dream the impossible dream. Thanks!
The finishing of each room is like people going to stay there forever. Amazing..
The little room in the master bedroom is a kids room, for babies, or toddlers, or very young kids 😀

Yessss! The Maldives has been on our bucket list for years and it was amazing to be able to do this trip *and* stay in such amazing accommodations!
I love the concept but it’s something about all that wood that old looking wood that’s throwing me off lol. But I love the view.

I think its definitely worth that. I know if I had that mind of money I would buy something like this in a heartbeat compared to something on land. The views are worth it alone not to mention the size, the amenities, the beautiful outside showers, the infinity pool, the huge deck, ect. Its just breathtaking!!!

I love that it’s not edited for things that see or issues with functions in the villa. Bras hanging, things breaking, not opening or turning on. $10M… its the view! The wood would be beautiful if it wasn’t so washed out by all the white.

I believe that room in the master is a nursing room. The two padded benches on the side are baby changing stations. It’s so that mom can nurse the baby to sleep without waking anyone up

The room in the master is like the villa hotel rooms for if you have a child/baby so it can be near you and you can look after it.

Niiiiiiiiiice... I have to agree, as I know the area somewhat, $10 mil is steep... but a premium residence, for sure.
How much does It cost to stay there for like a weak?
cannot imagine that all that wood would survive long term in that salt water, sun and heat. 10MIO lolz, more like a 200K a year in maintenance. Also only 1 night is around 3K.
That room in the master is in case you have little toddlers. The couch makes into a bed.
Could be! We didn't try to pull it out but it's very possible!

As someone who’ll never be able to afford to stay here (😭) I wonder, all the snack & spirits and drinks in the fridge, are they complimentary considering how much you’re paying to stay there, or is it chargeable to the room like a regular hotel?
Anything other than the alcoholic beverages are almost always complimentary in all Maldivian resorts
The website says the room off of the master bedroom that you describe as a quiet room is a children's sleep area..... I guess for really small children as there appears to be a change table.
I told my mom that this was 13000 sq ft and she said, that is bigger than our house!! That place looks amazing!!!!
