Hello. I have the same model. Today I let it charging and went for a walk. When I got back home I found it in the other corner of the room,with the wire from the charger stucked in one wheel. Do you know if wheels are detachable? I do not know what to do to get that wire out..

The instructional video shows you are supposed to wet and ring out the mop pad before mopping.

I do it separately. You may be able to do it at the same time I just haven’t tried. It doesn’t fit a lot of water so it runs out fast. I can get about a room done with it.

Well I'd hope & expect it to be methodical since I just spent £200 on one which just arrived today. Don't want nor need a vacuum with a mind of its own randomly switching on and off. It better bloody not decide to start a cycle in my bedroom at 2am haha

You can but it doesn’t hold a lot of water so you would have to keep refilling and when it runs dead it has to charge.

I love it. It makes it a lot easier on me. My in-laws have one as well and just run it at night when they are sleeping I use it when I’m cleaning so it’s one less thing I have to do.
